Shipping policy

2. Delivery & Communication:

- Delivery times range from 10 to 30 days depending on customer location and our internal logistics schedule.

- Once an item is shipped, we provide an ETA and communicate delivery updates through messaging.

- Our delivery window is from 8 AM to 8 PM.

- Customers are encouraged to request additional photos before completing a purchase.

- If no one is available at the delivery location, our driver will leave the item in the safest possible spot. Once dropped off, Laura's Import is not responsible for any damage or theft, similar to policies followed by major retailers.
